Verv Safe Document Transfer secures sensitive documents and information powered by Verviam Identity Federation. Verv Safe allows you to create, send, view and respond to transfers of personal and private documents and information from one simple user interface. The status of client document transfers, responses and sent emails is ready to view. Pricing is $0.85 per document transfer download. Downloads can be up to 10 documents per transfer. Uploads and transfer configuration is free.
Data security, privacy and compliance is ensured with Verv Safe's robust security features. Verv Safe can protect medical, legal, and financial documents to HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance standard. Encryption in the browser, signed short term JWT tokens, PKI keys rotated daily, and encrypted data stores with deep AWS cloud cybersecurity ensures data safety.
Setting up a Document Transfer is simple. Specify the documents for clients to send or receive. Request any accompanying personal data. Verv Safe creates a unique encrypted data store for each request. The receiver gets an email link to a web page with your request to send or receive documents. Verv Safe is protected by Verviam triple factor authentication. Signing in to your Verv Safe account with multi-factor authentication is only required once per day. All sensitive data is encrypted in the browser before being sent encrypted to individual encrypted storage.
