This is a repackaged open-source software product wherein additional charges apply for technical support and maintenance by Apps4Rent.
LAMP Stack is not a single package but a set of open-source tools that are used to power web applications and websites. Each component can be used independently to serve an application. LAMP Stack comprises of the following open-source software applications: Linux is the operating system hosting the Applications. Apache is a free and open-source cross-platform web server. MySQL/MariaDB is an Open-Source relational database management system. PHP is a Programming/Scripting Language used for developing Web applications.
Developers use LAMP stacks to create, host, and maintain web content.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. *To check the installation of LAMP, perform below steps: L in the LAMP stands for Linux which is an operating system used to run the rest of the components. For APACHE: i) To check the status of Apache2: sudo systemctl status apache2 ii) To check the installation, open server IP address (the public ip address of your instance) on your browser to see default Apache page. iii) To check the version of Apache2: sudo apache2 -v Location of Apache2: /usr/sbin/apache2
For MariaDB: i) To check the status of MariaDB: sudo systemctl status mariadb ii) To check the version of MariaDB: mariadb -V Location of MariaDB: /usr/bin/mariadb
For PHP: i) To check the version of PHP: php -v Location of PHP: /usr/bin/php
*Below are the minimum external resources subscriber needs to have to use this product: i)An Internet Connection is required in order for this product to function as expected. ii)We recommend keeping your crucial data in a custom made encrypted EBS in order to save from termination in future.
