    1. Launch the instance and follow all the configuration steps according to your needs or leave as defaults.
    2. In Step 3- Configure Instance Details, be sure to set the Auto-assign Public IP to ENABLE
    3. In Step 6- Be sure you Configure Security Group to the following: HTTP, TCP, 80, 0.0.0.0/0 HTTPS, TCP, 443, 0.0.0.0/0 SSH, TCP, 22, 0.0.0.0/0 TCP, 3306, 0.0.0.0/0
    4. Wait for all status checks to be complete.
    5. Log onto the php my admin UI: http://YourPublicIPv4address/phpmyadmin  Login: newuser Pass: 12345
