Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
Version release notes
Try one unit of this product for 5 days. There will be no software charges for that unit, but AWS infrastructure charges still apply. Free Trials will automatically convert to a paid subscription upon expiration and you will be charged for additional usage above the free units provided.

Usage instructions
After successful launch wait for 30 seconds and then Connect your virtual machine via SSH using username "ubuntu". To Access your application : Step 1: Run the below commands to start the Jira application.
- /etc/init.d/jira start Step 2: Now to update the package and initialize it properly.
- sudo apt update
- sudo systemctl restart apache2 Step 3: Now you have to wait for 5 min to properly load the Application. Step 4: Hit of Browser: http://<Public_IP>:8080. Port 8080 should be enable. Step 5: Choose I'll set up myself and Click "Next". Step 6: Choose My Own Database and use below details: Database type: MySQL Hostname: localhost Port: 3306 Database: jira Username: jira Password : Enter your Instance ID as a Password. Click "Next". Now it will again take approx. 10-15 min to properly execute and load the database. Click on Next. Now follow On-Screen Instructions.
