Suddenly I couldn't access to my instance anymore.
After loosing hours, I decide to recover my wordpress site from the backup. So, I created a brand new instance based on this image... and guess what?? It's unreachable!!
Please fix the ssh.

Sorry to hear your experience did not go well. We have made available guides to perform common actions in the solution (https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/wordpress-pro/). We have tested the solution and SSH works properly after selecting the correct security group. You can learn here how to select the proper security group (https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/get-started-marketplace/) or how to open the port 22 in the security group (https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/administration/use-firewall/). For times when you need additional support, we provide support from our engineers in our Community forum (https://community.bitnami.com/). We would appreciate if you could open a thread referencing this review at our community forum, to allow our team to review the issues you encountered and improve our documentation and application based on your feedback. Thanks!

I'm also unable to SSH into the most recent instance that we created. We've used this setup before and not had issues. What's the status of resolving the SSH access being the prior comment was left a month ago????
