Very soft-core DWH tech
What do you like best about the product?
I personally love having a contact a Snowflake that reaches out to me proactively and informs me of upcoming changes, configurations needed, etc.
It seems like a very soft-core DWH tech which mostly aims to lower the barrier (and cost) for entry rather than offer the best DWH. I can see Redshift, Postgres, SQL Server etc. all be better if you have the necessary skills to manage it and money is not a big deal.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding roles and access permissions, but Snowflake has a lot of documentation out there for it (which I find easier to understand than other DB's documentation).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we want new features with SQL Server, we'd have to go through the process of upgrading it to the next version and doing all of the testing necessary (etc etc), but with Snowflake, new features get rolled out as they come, and they're available for use if you want to use them
Overall a good Database management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Snowflake is an easy to use tool which has good UI, it is a cloud based tool so you don't have to worry about the infrastructure, installation and all those things. If you are familiar with other cloud platform then it will be easy to use for you.

Nothing as such but viewing a dataset metadata is challenging.
I would like to see inbuilt CI/CD capabilities.

1. The data is divided into smaller micro-partitions making the queries on the dataset super fast.
2. Awesome access control capabilities.
3. Getting support for Data Lake

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Snowflake is solving is making queries run super fast no matter what size of the table queried upon, thanks to its micro partitions. The ability to do time travel and restore lost data is a boon for real.
I like how Snowflake works
What do you like best about the product?
Snowflake's elastic performance engine and data sharing capabilities have improved data management within the enterprise. By removing resource contention and ETL processes, I can now leverage a single copy of data to quickly and securely gain insights across the entire enterprise base, all of which have worked seamlessly to eliminate excessive workloads
What do you dislike about the product?
the prices of the plans are not fixed on the website and you have to contact them by email and in my case they did not respond quickly to be able to acquire the service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I improved the workloads of each of the employees, managing to use the time in other activities that require more time and thus have a more uniform performance in all processes.

For us we dump all the data into snowflake then we run complex queries on Snowflake and create Tableau dashboards on top of it to visualise the data and for better business understanding
Excellent project management platform!

What do you dislike about the product?
A few times when there needs to be up-to-date chat among the users regarding the ongoing project, users need to wait for the client or others to comment,
so there is a need for an interpersonal chat feature that can help the users to act immediately
