Unlimited Storage and Retention: Barracuda offers unlimited storage and retention options, which means you don't have to worry about running out of space or managing complex retention policies. Search and Restore Interface: While the restore process is generally efficient, the search functionality for locating specific items can be improved. Users have reported that it can be challenging to find and restore specific files or emails, especially when dealing with large datasets

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup provides a reliable backup solution that ensures your data is always recoverable, even in the case of accidental deletion or malicious attacks. This helps avoid disruptions to business operations and ensures business continuity

Easy to use but a bit laggy, very user friendly

The attractive UI, its very easy to use. Easy to navigate.

I backup my data and its very convenient for me to backup my data. Its easy to share

Easy to set up and easier to use. Barracuda is also a trusted name so as a day to day backup solution, it feels reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we tried to consult the documentation for integrating one of our softwares, we faced some issues. I wish they covered more about integration in their documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Barracuda's Cloud-to-Cloud Backup as our documents hub for storing critical business documents or system files backup of our employees. As an easy to use and accessible cloud solution it is very handy for backup purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda is a renowned name and thus the realiability puts us at ease while we can focus on more important aspects of our jobs. Apart from that, their backup option is easy to setup and gets running very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered some problems in the initial setup but that was because of our network configuration. We tried to get in touch with Barracuda but couldn't. I hope they can work on their customer support and improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since there are some documents that we want to be securely saved at a space while being accessible, we utilize the backup solution they offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is fast, secure and very easy to access. Plus the fact that it is cloud hosted - which means there is no software/hardware straining your device resources. It is a good choice because it saves us the hassle and is pretty simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve their customer support, and consider an option for direct support. We also have our doubts on the efficiency as we scale our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business, we use it to store a lot of documents and files quickly on cloud. Since it a cloud solution, we dont need to maintain the infra locally, which saves us the extra cost.

A featurefull yet easy to understand UI

The ui design is really very easy to understand all the options are places properly making it easier to navitage
I was easily able to do my backups and share links to whomsoever neede without any hiccups
Aalso the reputation of Barracuda is at top so not to worry data is safe secure and confidential

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is, it is reliable cloud backup after Microsoft Cloud. It also provides 365 protection, which is essential for sensitive and valuable data related to the company. The free trial is efficient to know the ease in using the product and how streamlined & quick it is to back up the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, just one thing, it is a bit complex to restore the data, as compared to Microsoft restoration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works as a second backup on cloud for us after Microsoft Cloud, to make sure our data is not only back up quickly but secured also from various cyber threats. It is an effective solution for all sensitive data holder companies, I would presonally recommend this!
