SS&C Masterpiece
What do you like best about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism helped me in automating repetitive tasks and save lot of time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database incompatibility when you upgrade to new version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've automated several business processes which were manual, and it gives me benefits of time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can debug in Blue Prism is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost nothing which I dislike about blue prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance unattended automation of complex processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is very good tool for build unattended robots. Easy Control Room, easy configuration, nice visible processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dx Exchange should have more automation examples and use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
aA lot of RPA processes more than 150+. That is resolving a lot of manual effort.
Best RPA Bot Creation Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike IBM Watsonx, this platform is easy to operate and easy to create RPA bots without needing any prior experience.
I was able to create an RPA bot and integrated it with our Microsoft Teams application.
Our new bot using SS&C Blue Prism can create tickets in Service Now, Close them and unlock accounts.
Blue Prism team has a seamless support through their Customer Support contact us option and they respond quickly.
Most of our employees use the Bot through Teams daily for like unlocking accounts, requesting IT support...etc

Sometimes the RPA stops responding, takes times to recover and we have to check the Bot integration again to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many uses of this platform such as Automation, RPA bots...etc
And in our use case, it is the RPA that is very much beneficial and we have replaced it with traditional Atlas Bot from Microsoft since it costs more and does less.
All the work which was done by Atlas bot like account unlock, ticket creation, password reset and IT Support...etc are now done by SS&C Blue Prism RPA.

As an RPA developer we need more & more features to get the job done, along with automation complex computation & manual work this platform takes care of storing our procedures/flowcharts on secure cloud.

As RPA developer there are instances where we need to automate complex manual computations & operations. SS&C Blue Prism stands out from average robotic process automation (RPA) platforms.

Great support and always try to find the best way for us even it's about the cost and additional support mandays.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that it took a lots of time to upgrade version but they told that it won't be that hard in the next version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The good example was COVID situation in 2020, we had a huge number of transactions to process according to COVID policy in our country that impacted our business and our Robot licenses were not enough to run it within SLA, we asked Blue Prism to help and they provided emergency licenses for us for free. That was very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, this RPA bot can be integrated in to the applications we use such as ServiceNow, Teams...etc
It is very easy to use, similar to Gemini and other RPA platforms.
And it can also be incorporated with coding types such as C#,python,VBNET...etc
In our case we used it with python so that we could automate it for tasks like ticket coding, auto typing, creating and submitting tickets.
In out thorough testing, we understood that this has potential and can be used in sectors like Banking, Insurance and Health care.
This can also translate the audio to text for people who have a hearing aid.
I used and tested this Bot in ADP, shame that it is not available in our current Organization.

Could be implemented more in to all the applications considering large MNC's are now adapting this technology.
Should keep the costs low and keep the customer support as well as the sales team ready.
It is such a shame that I could not use it in the current Organization.

I need to type the ticket data which is almost similar for all the tickets in Servicenow, this bot helps me type it automatically with one prompt.
In my testing, it can evolve for each 1000 words and adapt to my style of typing.
Compared to other bots, this one is faster and reliable with the data it produces/generates.

Productivity booster, no joke
What do you like best about the product?
When my org started evaluating Blue Prism, I thought it was just another piece of software that would be like ChatGPT. I was surprised to see the automation it was able to do for my mundane activities that I was always bored to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of it is great, there are some pitfalls around cognitive descisions that it makes but it's getting better. From the time I started using it to now, there's been massive improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is doing some of the most mundane jobs that I and employees like me have to do as a part of the formal process. Since this gets automated, I get more time to focus on my actual job.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like about SS&C is that the implementation and integration gets cozy as the cost is reduced due to which people use it more frequently with better customer support reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that needs to be modified is the user interface which is outdated and less visually appealing making it a turn-off for few users within a team.

It is a user-friendly platform, it offers less complexity with good performances.
