Automate Easily and Save more Time
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent automation tool for the regular task which is very easy to implement.
More customisation options are available.

Lack of trial contents so felt difficulty in implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using some manpower for some simple repetitive task even if we are having much to develop,After implementing this we can able to use everyone's knowledge in a productive way.

What do you like best about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been a great platform in making our dependency on the back end and repetitive tasks with its robust space for automated AI help. The platform was really easy to implement at the times of need for development of bits for managing the tasks. Its customization was really easy and flexible in terms of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has a really poor customer support and integration due to which we have experienced a poor performance in terms of personal experience. This led to our team in having a poor experience in the forum and community of Blue Prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been a great platform for us in terms of managing the backend tasks and forming a solid framework for performing those repetitive tasks with the help of automated bots that we created with the help of low to no code development features and space. We have increased our revenue by cutting down unneccessary expenses with the help of its help and cutting down manual labour that was focused in handling the backend tasks like bill processing, invoice management, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has increased our self-reliance by decreasing our dependency on the backend and repetitive tasks and workforce. We have experienced significant surge in the revenue and decrease in the costs/expenses thanks to this platform and its easy ti use as well implement interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support has been really difficult to work with as our work domain did not align with their interest at times, thus resulting in no solutions. We hoped the handling of exceptions would be great in the platform but it did not meet our expectations. Their integration with other platforms was good but lacked specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation helped us decrease our overall operating cost due to our decrease in the dependency on labour that was indulged in the backend tasks, thus saving our backend operating costs. We also experienced significant growth in revenue, thanks to its AI automation with its robust space for low-code and no-code development area. Overall, it is highly recommended for businesses looking forward to automate their tasks.
Solid RPA tool for us!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used this platform to automate a lot of our repetitive tasks in an easy low code manner with minimum effort, due to which our team has been able to create bots in a real smooth manner and thus decreasing our operating cost on such tasks. We loved its scalability and customization flexibility which has decreased our dependency on manual labour for doing these useless tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not like its customer support at all. Its integration with other platforms has been really great, though we expected the availability of more platforms. Its community or forum was full of crap at times as well, which did not provide us any sort of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation, as the name suggests has helped us tremendously to automate all our tasks on the back end really easily with a low/no-code approach by our team, thanks to their robust room. The community forum has not been of significant help during our process but at times their reviews or information helped us. We have decreased our dependency on manual labour performing repetitive tasks like managing the bills, etc. We have had significant impact in our business thanks to this platform.

Time-consuming- As it doesn't enable us to leave any graphical comments like screenshots in the code, it often becomes difficult and protracted to resolve.
Inadequate grounding- Our users find it difficult to adapt due to a lack of available training resources. It prevents them from increasing their proficiency with the particular tool. Vestibule training must be included.
Obsolete connection- A more contemporary user interface should be used. A well-suited and visually appealing UI can help attract further customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Prism is well-optimized and fuel-efficient. It's not only automated but also allows human intervention at times when complete automation is not possible. Its easy implementation and understanding can help even a college student to start his career in automation. Blue Prism being an intelligent tool can be used both in medium and large scale organisations. It helps in the coordination and management of multiple computer systems, applications, and services, stringing together multiple tasks in order to execute a larger workflow or process. Further enables us to execute tasks like humans in an error-free and effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting adapted and implementing RPA tools in our manual enterprise has always been a question of thought, but with SS&C Blue Prism we faced that question with ease. We have created over 10 bots for lots of different tasks, that has bought us time to focus on other important matters like the top-level management, expansion decisions, and more. We liked its exception-handling process, customization, and easier handling of complex automation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not like its customer support at times because of their neglect to answer our queries 3 times. Though we liked its community and forum we encourage them to focus on their personal customer support. Their user interface was really simple which looked slightly outdated to our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been a really great service software for us and we highly suggest it to any manual enterprise who wishes to automate their unnecessary tasks with a low code or no code approach. Its teams and space have been really great and easy for us to adapt to its robust features and tools, thus making bots for managing tasks that can be done without any sort of human notice. This helped us to save some cash by stopping the unnecessary burning of cash on these matters and making a one-time investment for this purpose. So overall we have benefitted greatly from this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism has been a great solution for automating all our mechanical or redundant workflows. It saves all lot of time for me and my team in terms of completing those tasks manually which are repititive in nature. It can be easily adopted by the organization as the learning curve is simple. Allows creating automations with use of simple flow charts that allow implementation at scale. Along with all these, its additional offering enable to do even more with Blue Prism, especially tools like Decipher IDP and Desktop Automation Tool.

Introduction of enhanced AI capabilities, more added integrations with third-party platforms, reduced complexity in certain use cases.

It allows us to save time spent on repitive and manual tasks like these, and utilize it towards more productive work. I like that it can reduce development time and that it is easy to use to empower developers and I like how reliable it is, plus the performance is great and it is easy to design knowing that it is a very powerful tool.

Compared to other RPA tools Ive used, this one doents cause any problems.

We greatly reduce manual work and, above all, what is usually repetitive. With this system we were able to mine automation processes with its robotic technology. Also, artificial intelligence is great and solved many problems in our work.

This is an amazing paltform for all kind of business automation demands. Being a developer this platform is something I always desire. The whole model is cloud based and very easy to implement and navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is pretty much well endowed with all the feature I need or use. There are still some small problems I have faced like some features are pretty tricky to implement. The workaround or docs are not enough sometimes.
There is also lack of some pretty popular languages in certain sections sections like python in Surface automation. Overall with more improved customer support they can improve further.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform mostly for testing and updating dependencies of ongoing projects and servers. I have deployed test automation with pytest for Python for auto unit tests and integration tests. The platform handles all the tasks very efficiently without many errors. Troubleshooting erros is pretty convenient as well leading to less time waste and more productive workflow.
For dependency management the setup is somewhat similar using pip and I have to care less about stuffs breaking the backend, So overall this platform really improved my workflow a lot, giving me more time to focus on other tasks.

SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform has been a really great platform for us and it is highly suited for organizations who have to handle a huge amount of data and automate their day-to-day regular tasks. Sometimes we have experienced a huge surge in our orders or demand for services remotely, due to which we have to answer them from our sides, but Blue Prism has made it possible for us to handle tons of repetitive tasks easily. It is well suited for handling finance-related tasks such as invoicing and more.
