Easy embedded document signing

What do you like best about the product?
The signNow API was super easy to get started with for embedded signing. We implemented it within a month, going from no knowledge of SignNow to live in production for customers. Since setting it up over three years, it's been mostly hands off with very little issues. With the embedded flow, not our sales people as well as the customers can still within our platform to manage and sign documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't really have great support for a staging environment. They do have an evaluation environment but those accounts expire and are not attached to your main account. With the main account there is a way to make use a test key to not use invitations. Then when ready, you can mark it live. However, it doesn't work quite the way we wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us with an embedded signing flow that keeps both sales people and customers within our platform.

Integrating SignNow API with our Vertical Market Application

What do you like best about the product?
We used the SignNow API to integrate the e-signing of PDF forms for our custom software application for the legal market. It's been working well for the past 3 years and they are constantly making improvements and adding new functionality. Their support is also excellent and helpful whenever we needed them. We evaluated all the top players and are happy with the product and the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We worked with the initial version of their API, which took a little while to get going, but their later versions are much more robust, streamlined and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the SignNow API to integrate the e-signing of PDF forms for our custom software application for the legal market.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow API is developer friendly, lot of features and easy to integrate into 3rd party software product. Excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iframe UI can be improved to avoid double scroll bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an embedded electronic signing feature, SignNow provided the required feature. Within a couple of weeks, we embedded the software into our application.

Best Solution for Embedded Signing

What do you like best about the product?
From a technical standpoint, SignNow's API was simple to follow and implement. With an hour of work, I got the sequence of my intended workflow figured out and tested. Also their leadership valued long-term relationships and was willing to work with us on a win-win deal structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Stamp field comes across as an afterthought. It assumes that the document must be scanned with a high-res scanner, not an uploaded stamp picture.
They have a powerful embedded sending, which uses their email template with very few places to personalize by us. So we had to develop our email functionality to include our branding the way we wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an embedded eSignature platform with a rich set of APIs that could take smart tags (sent by us) with a smooth mobile UX. We looked at quite a few solutions, but they were either not looking great when opened in a phone, lacked an embedded functionality, or were too expensive.
SignNow managed to offer the functionality we wanted at a reasonable starting price point. In addition, they eventually added mobile SDK on top of their iFrame functionality, which was great.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust and easy to use API for combining and generating e-signature documents, with embedded signing or email invites
What do you dislike about the product?
Embedded invite and sending invite are treated as separate so if 2 signatures are required the countersign needs to be done as an embedded invite also

Ability to automate workflows speeds up the onboarding process
