What do you like best about the product?
Analysis From the data gives an iSight of potential users and who are not regular users and no users . This insight help to acheive plan strategy for types of customers potential customers and who are not using efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
It's accuracy can be challenging.85% has some discrepancies some of the disadvantages like shrinking customers, lowere customers lifetime value, added win back expenses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Losing customers means losing revenue, bottom line is that this prediction help in customers retention and improve relationships with existing ones with the data analysis
