What do you like best about the product?
In the fast-paced world of sales development, the ability to access accurate data and streamline outreach efforts can significantly influence success. I've had the opportunity to use the ZoomInfo Sales App, and it is a POWERFUL platform designed to enhance prospecting, lead generation, and overall sales efficiency.

One of the most valuable aspects of ZoomInfo is its extensive and reliable database of company and contact information. The app provides in-depth profiles on potential leads, including company size, industry, job titles, and contact details. This wealth of information allows me to identify high-quality prospects and tailor my outreach efforts effectively. The accuracy and breadth of data available make it easier to focus on leads that are more likely to convert.

ZoomInfo’s advanced search functionality enables me to drill down into specific criteria to find the most relevant prospects. Whether I’m looking for leads based on industry, company size, geographic location, or job function, the platform’s powerful filters help me zero in on the ideal targets. This precision ensures that my outreach efforts are directed towards the most promising opportunities.

ZoomInfo offers intelligent insights and recommendations based on data analytics. For example, the platform can suggest potential leads similar to existing high-value customers or highlight key decision-makers within target companies. What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and setup with ZoomInfo has been fantastic. Having access to this extensive database has not only enhanced our prospecting efforts but also significantly strengthened our ABM strategy, benefiting both our Sales and Marketing teams. Implementing the 3X3 method for cold outreach has become much simpler, as we can quickly gather relevant information to create meaningful icebreakers for targeted high-value accounts. While we are still relatively new to ZoomInfo, our experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive, and our account reps have been incredibly responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there were a way to export tags from database to integrated CRM. There is some information that when prospecting within the database is lost when you go to export. So being able to map any work you have done/ lists within the database and being able to move that over to the contact record when you are ready to export would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get a better understanding and insights on potential leads and how to best meet them where they are at. The data we are gathering has not only helped us so far with prospecting but it's also helping with our marketing efforts and get a more focused understanding of the types of communications we need to focus on.

Finally, despite its rich data, there can be limitations in coverage for niche industries or smaller markets.

ZoomInfo helps overcome contact barriers with desired leads through its **Enhance** feature, which enriches and updates existing contact records with the latest information. This ensures that outdated or incomplete data is automatically filled with accurate details like direct phone numbers, emails, and even social profiles. With Enhance, you can ensure that you're always reaching the right person, cutting down on time wasted trying to connect with outdated or incorrect contacts. This feature significantly improves your ability to break through to key decision-makers, making your outreach more effective and timely.

The bounce back between the engage feature and sales feature can be awkward but is very simple once you figure out how it works,

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is top notch in data provided. The ease of use that comes with the platform and ReachOut Extension is game changing. The intent data and Websight data is super crucial for myself, so having an easy way to read through it and export to our CRM of choice is extremly nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more granular data would be nice, but isn't that what everyone wants from any data provider? ZoomInfo gets you 99% of the way and in most cases 100% of the way there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving for bad and missing data captured. Signals from buyers, too.

The organization chart along with contact information for professionals is very helpful to identify relevant people in the account and reach out to them.

Nothing-sometimes the email info is missing

Contacts are posted and correct 99% of the same. Zoom is a very important tool for a sales team. Cell phone numbers are right .

Nothing, I love Zoom info it works all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the largest number of contacts and companies, and is the most accurate solution available. It has enabled our sales team to contact 50+ more people which has led to a far bigger sales pipeline pre ZoomInfo. It is very easy to use and can be implemented within minutes and integrates perfectly with our CRM making admin instant. Our team uses it most of the day, every day.

Only negative is the inability to flag in correct info

While the data is extensive, the user interface could also be more intuitive in certain areas to improve overall user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and the information is plentiful as well as accurate. Their customer service and training staff alone is amazing with easy to understand demos, Q&A, and a large variety of timeslots to choose from for your convenience. The implementation and integration process is simple and fast so you get started right away. I use ZoomInfo literally all day, throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's literally nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I regularly make cold calls in my position as a Provider Relations Manager. ZoomInfo allows me to call confidently knowing who to ask for by name. This cuts down the time spent with the receptionist (aka the gatekeeper). It also minimizes my time spent talking to the wrong people, getting shuffled around until I finally get the right person. In the past, this could often and very literally take days to weeks to get me to the correct point of contact. With ZoomInfo, I am able to start with the correct point of contact from the start.
