Very accurate information. I got very good sales responses from my leads.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate! Easy to pull corporate information and the contacts I got were quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of filters which is good, but can also bog you down a bit and perhaps miss some contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better outbounding leads/contacts. A good starting point to reach out to specific companies & departments.
An excellent research tool.
What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for research into target companies, including organization, contact information, locations, and the like. I have also used it as a candidate search tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app has to create information based on other people's information in the same organization; one example is email addresses. But the created email addresses aren't always correct. I know it's not their fault but if they could tag verified versus non-verified, that would be an improvement.

Finding the right targets at companies, with contact information.

The Zoominfo sales works well with salesforce, the integration is seamless, the flow of data from zoominfo to salesforce is smooth. we have removed the usuage of excel, we import data from zoominfo to salesforce and use ringcentral to dial the number to generate leads and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
the junk data which is imported needs cleaning later which is a task, hope zoominfo does something with this problem

Zoominfo provides intelligence about contacts, industry and company, Enterprise like us struggle gathering such data for business need

We like the advanced feature when we have contact person name, just paste it with the company and page will give you email id and other information.

Few of the data are not verified and needs to be corrected

The advanced search provides with multiple criteria through which you add multiple criteria to find the best buyer
Not As Advertised / Incredibly Unstable
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to port it out to software that functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ZoomInfo Chrome extension didn't work for a business quarter that we had it and it looks like it well preceded that looking at reviews online. Our computer system with 32GB of memory was crashing while using ZoomInfo and had to be disabled. On asking to cancel given their 99% uptime clause they did not honour this and forced us to extend the contract saying their work around for other system we didn't work with was a fix.
The contacts largely go to receptionists and not the advertised contacts. Our own agency has over 8 year old out of date information on ZoomInfo. I don't know where they get their data from but it's clearly very outdated.
Highly deceptive company I couldn't recommend you put your advertising dollars into. We will likely sue for damages.

We didn't find the software worked at all as advertised. It wasn't stable for a business quarter and the contacts didn't go to the correct people displayed which rendered it ineffective overall.

Advanced search is helping in dgranular level of data, get more insights and more intel on industy, company and people.
They have huge database on automobile, HNI data, we use it to sell cars to corporates, impressive tool to get details on people

What do you like best about the product?
we purchased license 2 years ago, we were happy with the pilot but were not sure, how Zoominfo will bring value add to our enterprise.
Suprisingly, the update they brought from couple of year have been marvellous.
The accuracy of database is going up, and by acuqiring new company like Chorus, they are bringing more intelligence to the table.
We use the buyer and signal data for market outreach and the response are great, people are genuienly search tools which we sell

they should promote more export limit for loyal customers

The buyer intent data and signals are solving the issue of account management strategy
Great Tool for Building Sales Pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a very useful tool that I use on a daily basis to produce new leads. The best part about Zoominfo is that it has a user-friendly design and gives authentic data, which helps the sales team. We can also update bulk data excel files and get information for all dates in the excel file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is expensive for a starting business, and only one ID can be used by one user multipal login is not supported.

zoominfo helps to get direct contact office number and professional email id of a person which helps or sales team to reach the person.
