I like that it keeps all my active searches right at my fingertips

There's not much to dislike I would say that the classifications of job titles needs some work

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales is one of the produce of Zoominfo, they have Marketing OS, recruiter OS, we heavily use Zoominfo to identify key decision makers in an organization, we sell staffing servicee hence we reach out to ISV and sell staff augmentation, Zoom helps us with important contact and their cordinates
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing is bit high for mid-size organization, and people generally buy less license because of which

My view about Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive database it has and the attributes like email address, telephone number, personal cell number and you can easily integrate your soft phone with zoominfo and call the people, I start my data by exporting few contacts and start dialing from it to generate oppotunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Data's are sometimes in accurate for some region, dubai and middle east

Accuracte database for the companies, real time update wheneve you suggest contact update via form

ZoomInfo is a powerful tool for sales, marketing, and business development professionals, offers huge data, normal search, advanced search, and integrations with the ERP tool, the data is synced on real time basis with the crm tool. you export and youc an see it in CRM.

the europe database is limited, maybe because of the GDPR issue

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate the platform is, I am using Zoominfo on daily basis, right from researching about the people whom i need to talk to, what position that person is into, C-level, Director or senior manager, in which department they are from, IT or sales or Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Websights feature is rarely used by us, considering Zoominfo did not focus much on it.

Access to huge database wherein with Zoominfo you have no database.

What do you like best about the product?
At TCS we are using it only for account hunting, being top 5 in the world, we don't need to unsolicitate people with email and call so we are using it for buyer intent data, integrating with salesforce to understand if we already work with any company to sell different service, I've been using ZOominfo from a long time

the enhancing of list should be better, throws alot of gaps in the field

It gives technology attributes and intent data which no other b2b vendors will give,provides most of the information on lead and account:

the export limit should be increased by ZoomInfo, it's part of pricing but it will help mid size enterprise generate more revenue, more revenue means more business for Zoominfo

Basic problem of profiling, which earlier was not there because of which the sales cycle journey has become efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i liked about ZoomInfo is its data accuracy. Apart from data accuracy, its integration with other tools and espacially is user interface is nice.

A lot of advance features makes its usage quite difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
Sort contacts by industry; integrated with SalesForce CMS; The ZoomInfo module appears within each record in SalesForce, which is extremely helpful; I also like using "Update Contact" which will replace outdated contact info with correct information in the salesforce record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the title / job role of contact is incorrect. I reach out to the wrong contact because I have their title wrong.
