What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Weekly refreshes and adds Data, they have huge US database, in Europe most of database they have are GDPR compliant and can easily be used for mail marketing and sales outreach, At DAP engineering we are using Zoomingo to know the intel about contact person and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is bit expensive compare to other tools but they provide quality against it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Sales is solving the basic issue of letting you know, who is the decisior maker, influencer and what to sell to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been really helpful for us in sourcing the right party contact and searching the right company to call to for new business.
For existing business, you can use feature such as account intelligence, company summar, buyer intent data and the organization structure which give you all lead and company intelligence and helps in cross sell and up sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version is useless, not sure how many people would be using, since office work are done on desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead intelligence and account intelligence, sales perople in the world don't generally know where they could sell, Zoominfo helps in that

What do you like best about the product?
I liked its integration with other tools.
Its segmentation and targeting of customers.
Its database is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its support is very poor.
High in cost.
Need a learning curve for its proper use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales is making sales such easy, making small interprises to sustain in this competitive environment.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales standout features is its extensive and accurate contact information, which helps sales teams identify and reach out to potential clients effectively.
Its seamless integration is awesome.
It is also very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need improvements in userface.
Quite expensive for small businesses.
Requires continuous support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing access to vast database, leading to lead genration and also helping in segmentation and targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows my team and I to prospect on certain industries across the world. Looking up company and client information is very crucial to a sales team. Plus, Zoominfo data is up to date and that makes this platform 2nd to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that you might not find the company or person's name on the initial inquiry. Then you run it again and there it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the company or a person's contact information: email, phone and location

What do you like best about the product?
Having used ZoomInfo for 3+ years, it has been instrumental in helping the sales team identify ideal client contacts, and our targets. Not only are we able to identify contacts, ZoomInfo AI has been provided timely talking points, and market/industry trends. This enables us to target a clients needs faster and reduce the time spent probing and investigating. It creates credibility that engages the client and builds the relationship. Our sales team uses it everyday for gathering data and preparting for every lead and call.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has a higher price point than some of its competitors however the information, faster time to next steps and revenue it enables is worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data on clients, key targets, contact data, organization data. Reducing the time to connection, and sale.

Moving Up in the Office with Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Zoom about 6 months ago. I work in Logistics, managing the freight arrangements of multiple businesses accross the US, Canada and Mexico. Zoom has quickly become an integral part of my work day, as I am always motivated to reach out to find new business contacts, with whom I can offer my services. Zoom has given me an endless sourse of contacts with accurate contact information. As a result, I have more time in my work day to give my time and attention to all of my cutomers, delivering even better service with each any every one. With Zoom, it is business as usual and my numbers have been rising in the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say that is negative about using Zoom. From time to time, I will find the correct person to contact, I will draft an email and send it... only to receive a notice that the email address was incorrect. This is not because of a typo on my behalf... I am very detail oriented... I must be in the logistics industry! This is the only issue that I have had with Zoom that has occured more than a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a great benefit to add to the platforms I utilize daily to save time finding contact information for those who I need to reach to conduct my business with. Aoom also gives me great information regarding the industries I prospect by providing updates on who is moving locations, who is gearing up for the next big project, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is the ease of use to fit into any workflows. Utilizing the chrome extension side bar is a fast and easy way to quickly get email addresses and phone numbers for almost any contact you are researching. It also works great with other systems like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to capture real contact information and easily export leads and contacts directly into your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some account managers that I have worked with have'nt been overly helpful. Mostly trying to sell you upgraded packages, however the tool is so intiutive that training isn't really necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying contact information for prospects can often be a challenge, and managing a team of sales development reps who cold call and email to get in touch with executive leaders across a range of companies requires an accurate source of contact information. ZoomInfo enables us to not only capture contact information, but enrich our CRM database as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Just like all tools knowing how to use ZoomInfo is key to getting better results and this is where their team excels. ZoomInfo's team does a great job of listening and drilling down training so you understand how to use the features avaliable. The information within ZoomInfo is vast and has been very helpful in helping me idenfity the right time and right person. I am also impressed with the constant improvements being made to the site. I am on the site daily and love how easily I can go from Sales Force to ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ZoomInfo is there is so much within it. It is taking me some time and still learning all the ways to best use it. It is kind of like eating an elephant one bite at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes not knowing if a customer is actually engaging with your conversations is hard but being able to look at Web Insights I can see if they are looking at our webpages and what they are looking at. Zoominfo has also helped me identify current buying groups within organizations.
