Great integration lead automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is surprisingly simple to use and able to scale on the complexity. The no-low code version opens up opportunities for non-tech folks to improve their daily work
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more understanding of how to debug for non-tech users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will solve all the master data and financial data for reporting purpose to my business counterparts and as for myself and the team, it will help in automating reports

The ease of using and it being a low code platform

Contacted support team API parameters disappear and every time i have an issue.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, configurate and implement, allows you to automatice and sinchronize all with minimal effort, easy to connect and integrate to any systems and the excelent support team. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the old components sometimes couver same use than newones... ill apreciate some kind of advice to use a newest component for similar propouses... its super easy to fullfeel request but not so easy find the best way to do it.

several integrations, I give services to different clients... API services to expose data requiered online.

Workato has been way to go for all my enterprise Automatin and Integration. It is super easy to create an Integration between two system. Not only devlopers can work on the tool , Even a business team can easily work on it and create thir own Integratins at minimul effort and Speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to more focused on API part where Exposing APi and Api Platform whete it is currenly at beginner level.

We did a POC on workato , later agreed to continue with our existing tool due to some organizational limitations .
However I can say Workato is a great tool . It can connect to any Data source , also it helps in transforming data as per the requirements. Recepies are having lot of functionalities/Features .

From implementation point of view there is nothing but If Workato provides functionality to send the authentication request to be approved by the authorizor then it would be great.
