Pros and Cons of Workato
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about workato is the ease of linking our web based applications with no problems. You can click it and drop it and its linked! Our team uses it to collaborate on projects and its wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of workato is the only thing I dislike because its not available for everyone in our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are completing projects at a faster speed with less issues and everything is up to date due to using workato,something that previously took weeks have been cut back to a week or less.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have teams working on projects this is the easiest way to get it done!!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantages to this software that I have observed.

Workato integrates everything for human resources. You can connect all your cloud apps, ground apps, databases, processes, and APIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software features automated error repair and rollback with zero data loss.
A truly enterprise integration platform for both technical & non-technical audience
What do you like best about the product?
A library of connectors and community recipes that makes it easy to build any type of integration with just point and click allowing you to build workflows with a drag/drop functionality super easy to use!
I also like their integration with Workbot - alot of our slack workflows are integrated with Workbot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be improved with more specific examples. Other than that there's really nothing much to improve about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer 360 across all our apps and database. This has significantly improved our overall customer experience and decision making.
Overall communications between the company and different teams - with new integrations we can see dashboard metrics easily and have discussions around them.

Workato enables you to connect to a LOT of applications! Think Zapier but on steroids. Support is great, lots of materials to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of getting used to if your a non tech, but you can get there, support is quality.

Efficiency based solutions, connecting data bases to invoicing software.

Put in some time getting to know what its capable of, watch videos, join web's they do to learn more.

What do you like best about the product?
A library of connectors and community recipes that makes it easy to build any type of integration with just point and click.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can do a lot & not everything is documented, join their Product Hour to stay up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a boon for end-to-end lead to revenue tracking across Salesforce, Netsuite. It allows the running of marketing campaigns to be based on revenue generated from the campaigns as compared to clicks.

how easy it is to read the program you are creating.
It is really easy to see what you are building and to work out where there are mistakes. It also allows for visual debugging generally.

What do you dislike about the product?
doesn't take advantage of the full google api, so things like finding the share url of a folder in drive doesn't work without writing a custom GET request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Googel Drive for storage and Sheets for working out quote requirements as well as for receiving forms with reviews etc, so I use workato to copy and link relevant information into Salesforce and back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
consider whether the products you use are completely supported by workato or only partially. Zapier seems to do some things slightly better than Workato, but not others. It really requires determining the full desired workflow and then attempt to build it in both systems to see which has the best integration for your requirements - it may even require a mix of both. Also, sometimes when copying data from sheets with workato, workato is too fast and the full line has not been loaded yet (even from a submit operation), so recommend using the 5 minute timer.

Very easy to use. Setup a simple recipe with no training.

There is nothing that I dislike, so far.

Still in POC, but would like to use Workato for the framework for all of the integrations we build.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am still in evaluation, but my impression is very good. I would recommend giving it a try.

This is a must have tool if you use Infusionsoft & Quickbooks

The setup is a bit confusing & time consuming.
