What do you like best about the product?
Access is extremely simple, only an email address is required. In addition, it is very easy to assign tasks to team members, allowing them to see new activities and deadlines. The whole team can follow up, collaborate and identify potential pain points. This way, everyone is clear on what we need to achieve and the actions needed to reach our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the high price, which can be too expensive for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its organisational capacity, as it allows to differentiate the activities of each member by colours, which makes it easy to visualise the progress of actions. This is really beneficial for the organisation, as it allows to quickly identify stagnation points, problems, lagging activities and people who are delaying the process.

Great Productivity Tool for Marketing Teams

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has flexible product management boards, easy tagging for team members, and an easy way to invite external team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "My Work" summary tab is helpful but sometimes finicky. Sometimes tasks don't seem to show up there when they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com facilitates collaboration and project management between team members and clients on work at our digital agency.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of customizations. Easy to track issues and leave updates. It's very lightweight compared to other soft of the same genre. You can use it for different industries and effortlessly customize every board.
Love the app as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here that could be so important to compare it to another task management software. I use it daily in my job with my dev team, and we all agree that it has all the required tools to track and review tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday groups all the basic and required features that a work environment needs. It helps myself and my team to be more productive each day, with lots of customizations and easy to use interface.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple but it is also flexible. You can perform complex functions without having to wrack your brains for how to do it. The possibilities for automation seem endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major dislikes. It's never that capabilities are unavailable, they just might require a higher tier plan in order to access them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a way to keep everyone "on the same page" . Both our clients and our staff members are able to keep abreast of what is going on at any time.

Easy for Folks New to Collaborative Workspaces

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to upload files, images, notes, and all needed information for each project while being accessible to any other team members that may have to take over or use any part of the project data. Overall, it makes it workflow easier to manage small and large projects at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the method used to upload files to a project, it can appear that there are no files for that item. It takes some troubleshooting to figure out.
Without being tagged in an update, it can sometimes be hard to find which project/task got an update or change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy to juggle multiple projects (large and small) that are shared with various people. Monday also resolves the need for paper documents being shared as often.

What do you like best about the product?
the possibility of being able to customize the workflow for your team in based on what you need and split it in more workplace and also the automation with slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot copy item group customization to another workplace in one simple click. But i have to duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually my team is working on re-implementing a company management system, monday helping us with the work's organization.

Intuative and functional

What do you like best about the product?
It works straight out the box, and the wizards help newbies learn how it all connects together. The docs are a great way to scrapbook, while the boards keep everything organised and everyone on track with the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't share a board as a template publicaly so people can take a copy for their own Monday.com account - like sharing a Google Sheet as read-only but allowing a local copy to be saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping projects in one place so all parties can see progress, pick up tasks (vs sifting through 101 emails) and centralise all comments and updates. It also allows for full project launch functions for websites and tools.

Monday.com promotes good workflow usage

What do you like best about the product?
We found a big slope to study because we are not project managers and we don't know how to set up a management system, through an app or not. On YouTube I found videos where the official users of monday.com show how they use the app, how their tables look and how they set it up. That was very helpful. Within the totality of video assistance and my personal assistant, we set it up so that you don't require to change your working procedure at all, it just started to perform. You don't need to tailor your procedure to the utilization, the utilization will not only accommodate your procedure, it will be simpler than you would believe, and give time to do more work or live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have gladly paid a monday.com web worker to assist me in setting it up. i think it would be feasible to provide that service for a fee. I would have saved time by watching all the videos and clearing up the doubts by ourselves, and the hour is value for money. I know there are separate expert consultants on monday.com, however, I didn't want to go through the hassle of interviews. I would only have put my trust in a person who really works for monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work procedure is based on the day-to-day execution of the requests that my clients make to me. Moreover, I also worked on important jobs at the same time. I am not a project manager in any way and it's just me, me and me in it, except that I currently have a virtual assistant who supports me in my organization and in keeping up to date, and is taking care of certain tasks of the day.
