Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is fast, simple, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription plans are slightly more expensive than some comparable tools for advanced features such as dashboards and time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had problems creating and sharing client dashboards. Monday.com enables us to visualize, report on, and share just about any type of data.

Easy to Use and Streamline Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly Interface and can collaborate quickly with internal/ external team

Everything is working well so far so no complain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Parallel update (no locking like regular excel update file) and online collaboration (no need to notify other users about the update)

Monday.com is fully integrated into every aspect of our work day. From employee 1:1's, SOP management, budget tracking, and more Monday.com has it all. I could not be more satisfied with their software.

An area in need of improvement is monday.com's support ticket system. Currently, some users have reported challenges when seeking assistance through the support ticket system. The response times may not always meet expectations, and there might be instances where the solutions provided are not fully satisfactory. monday.com could focus on strengthening their support ticket system by allocating more resources to promptly address user inquiries and enhance the quality of the responses. By prioritizing customer support, monday.com would demonstrate a commitment to ensuring user satisfaction and foster stronger relationships with their user base. We previously used HubSpot and their support system was FANTASTIC! I would like that team to come and work for Monday.com

Great Project Management Tool - Ease to Use !!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides all the key features to manage workflows and tasks. The best part is we can have our own customized workflows and board according to the requirements of the project which other PM tools are not able to provide. It allows one to communicate with team members, send files and comment on tasks without the need for other communication platforms. Interactive and visually appealing dashboards make us easy to use Project Progress Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any dislikes about the platform but the initial platform setup and onboarding process can little bit harder for people who do not have project management experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of the monday.com platform, we are now able to track our tasks easily. We can set priorities on the task when it arrives; before we were overwhelmed with tasks when it arrives and it was difficult to manage because it used to come through email and communication tools. But now clients keep requests on monday.com and they can see the status through the platform.

we have experienced some difficulty integrating certain pre-existing systems and workflows with Monday.com, which has required additional effort and customization.

Project Management made simple!
What do you like best about the product?
- We have used it for IT tickets management and it works like a charm. Dashboard shows all tickets in a color coded tabular format which is totally customizable.
- Integration center supports easy integration with Slack, Dropbox, Teams, Outlook & plenty of other applications.
-Automated ticketing is also supported.
-All Boards can be exported to Excel or saved as templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
- User permissioning will take some time to get used to.
-If your external integration fails you have no other option apart from contacting Support & that resolution will take a few hours.
-Product is expensive if you compare with other counterparts such as Zoho.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal IT tickets management after having tried Jira, this one is fun to work upon and most customisation is available with the administrator unlike Atlassian Jira which is mostly fixed.
Best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can get notifications on my phone, update tasks, and write notes, and also the flexibility of the tool allows me to manage projects efficiently compared to others; I can share a project, collaborate and update tasks with clients. It saves me emails and time. The integrations are fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Monday can improve the security systems of sharing and also the number of seats is limited.

I can use only one tool and manage all my work in there

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely accessible and user-friendly for users with all ranges of experience in business and project management software.
It's easy to learn, simple to understand, and excellent to get organization up and running with small or large projects, making communication with multiple departments easy and painless.
Everything "works" without hassle; even the simple functionality of the clipboard feature integrating flawlessly is something to appreciate.

What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging to figure out why my account permissions would allow me to see some boards and not others and request invitations to those company boards I was missing.
When I was a new user, it would have been helpful if I could search for existing boards, see I was not a part of that group, and request an invitation from the board owner.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing website and feature performance across multiple teams within our organization. My department uses it to plan projects, track data and assign individual tasks.
Information is easily accessible, and with our Monday boards we can see the points of contact for every project. All data is clearly outlined and simple to access and update.

It's good but not so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to have an order in the processes within the company and it was really quite good to organize the tasks of each member, the status and delivery dates. My favorite part was the preset templates because that way you don't have to start from scratch but you have help.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part is that it was very difficult to find everything, from user experience there is a lot that could be improved, workflows, and button order.

Organization within the company where we can all be on the same page without having to ask for status, being always online we can see the workflows of everyone else.
