10X'd our company efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is that you can automate complex workflows across multiple team members to eliminate the back-and-forth of emails and text messages. MDC does the notifying for you and makes it all run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Monday a long time. Back in they day they were able to implement feature requests quickly. Today it takes them a lot longer, although that must be inevitable with the growth of their company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com got us OUT of our email, and eliminated the arduous task of scrolling back through a text message chain trying to find that one piece of information that you remember came through... in MDC there is a logic to where you might have had a conversation so you can reference it later, and if you can't recall they have universal search to help you locate it.

What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I am using Monday.com regularly. I have been using it for the past two and a half years. It is straightforward to maintain my activities and the status of the task daily. Very easy to track all my jobs. So, it is beneficial for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face site down and face some delay in response, But it rarely happens. that is okay. Otherwise, I do not have any complaints or issues. It's easy to track all my tasks in the excellent dashboard. It is beneficial to maintain my activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily maintain my tasks regularly. So, it is convenient for closing the work and finding any other bugs or updates in proper flow. So I can complete my pulse on time and respond to my clients quickly. It is a benefit for me to maintain all my activities.
Excellent business management program
What do you like best about the product?
The structure and organization. The interaction via graphics and selection of elements for the production of the works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Congestion regarding system load. since agility is needed for the company's day-to-day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of elements, graphics, and statistics of each management carried out.

What do you like best about the product?
It's about helpful in maintaining projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cache issues in the browser, because of cache issues system RAM will get increase.

Over documentation, problem gets solved when using monday.com, actually it will reduce the more document flows.
Multi-purpose tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can use for various types of projects. It is fairly flexible, from generic project management, to product feedback/bug reporting. Also works for long or short-term projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming. I use very little features of monday. The board, fill in few items. But the form work a bit strange, not as customizable/eidtable as I like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simple enough to do quick project management. We also use Jira, but for certain purposes it is too advanced. E.g. for rapid bug reporting and feedback cycles. Or cross-team collaboration, team-wide collaboration. When it gets team-specific, I like the specialized platforms more
Great experience for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user friendly platform allowing to create and amange projects quickly qithour requiring extensive training or technical expertise.

nothing to dislike at this point in time.

Highly customisable and extendable CRM and Project Management tool to improve your business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a customisable CRM and Project managent tool was what we needed to help manage our business. Then we found Monday and it changed everything for us. We've been using it for 2 years and have kept on track with our clients and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing about Monday is getting the system how you need it. Once you've got past this barrier everything starts falling into place and you can customise it to your liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps keep me on track of projects, bugs and sales emails. This web based solutions solves most of our tracking issues with every aspect of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an excellent process automation system that allows our operators to generate their reports and tasks much more quickly and effectively, it is possible to share files and reports that we make while maintaining the centralization of information in one place, the ability to integrate with different tools facilitates the flow of work optimally.We use Monday.com in our company on an ongoing basis because it is our main tool for the control and development of workflows due to the large number of tools and customization that the software allows, providing a variety of solutions for all stages of our process and in the different departments of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it has been little possible to manage the subcategories of the processes, which is sometimes absolutely necessary in our project development, much of basic plug-ins are paid and is not at all profitable to be very simple, there should be more specific plans, for users who keep traveling we do not have an offline service which could be very profitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to manage much of our company among all users, the centralization of information is extremely important for us to follow all the same objectives simultaneously, the templates greatly facilitate the work and the ability to customize is flexible with all our operational needs.
Pretty Great Tools for Product/Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, can connect multiple boards, automations also great & have many variations, and especially view feature! We can make as many views as we need & can filter items on board based on needs
What do you dislike about the product?
When we already in a view that has a specific filter, when we add a new item, we need to be fast enough to change the type / status / etc to the filtered view so that the items won't disappeared to main table. Luckily Monday already improve this by having a toast to undo the item so that it won't automatically filtered, but sometimes we still find it annoying.
Another thing is that on the automation, would be great if the automation that makes an item every certain day, could also have a template / script that can customize a name / date to the day where the item is created. Example 202304DD --> the DD can be filled by the date when the item is created

Managing & tracking tasks on Sprint Planning as a PM, managing & tracking feature roadmaps, managing & tracking every customer requests & ticketings from customer, etc.
