What do you like best about the product?
Best Feature: Intuitive Interface - Monday.com's visually appealing and user-friendly interface makes it easy for team members to navigate and manage tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration across projects.

Worst Feature: Pricing - While Monday.com offers a range of features and customization options, its pricing structure can be steep for small businesses and startups with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of inefficient project management and disjointed team collaboration by centralizing tasks, deadlines, and communication. This benefits users by improving visibility, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity, ultimately leading to better project outcomes and a more organized work environment.
I find it a very useful application for the workflow.

it is easy to use and to follow up on projects with many people in the team

is often a bit complicated or slow to set up

to follow up projects and as a marketing and customer service tool.
By and large, good experience with Monday

Monday is very helpful for capturing the grand scheme of a project all the way down to the minutiae.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export feature has some thing left to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday does a great job at visually representing what is going on with a given project as well as shaping out how product deliverables can occur. It allows for a great level of details while keeping the information from becoming too overwhelming.
So simple, but so powerful

Easy to make a quick check-list, to-do list, or even bug tracker.
There is so much this tool can do, that I've barely scratched the surface and I've been using it for over a year

Doesn't seem to be a free version, and from what I can tell can only really be used by businesses.
Also, small nit-pick the 'table' option in "Updates" doesn play nicely with Excel or Google Sheets when copying and pasting, which is a bit frustrating.
I do also wish there were accessable video guides on the different features and use cases of different kinds of Views. Like I don't even know what the heck a Kanban or Gantt are or are used for. But that's probably more on me.

Keeping my task going. And I use the sub-items to breakdown my tasks into smaller more manageable tasks, which is very important for coping with my ADHD. Large tasks can seem too daunting, but the sub-items help me prioritize the parts of the task. Also, the new-ish feature, or at least it was just recently brought to my attention, of the column that shows the progress of the sub-items is AMAZING.

The ability for multiple companies to work together seemlesly. Track progress and what to your assigned issues is great

Speed used to be slow. UI can be overwhelming at times

Tracking your work and that of other. Work great for multiple branches of a company

Tracking all my leads can get confusing. As long as i put in the time then i can keep track easily
Just what we need right when we need it

Monday is the perfect platform for managing and completing all internal tasks, collaborations, and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little overwhelming some days and I sometimes think I might not be using it to the best of its ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All internal communication issues and the lack of accountability my team had before our Operations team grew.

browsers memory usage getting high when the usage of monday.co

Usage of word documents and excel sheets are getting low when the usage of monday.com, it is helpful to maintain the project from start to end.
