What do you like best about the product?
As an experienced software engineer, I appreciate the flexibility and ease of use of monday.com. The platform's automation features have also been incredibly helpful in streamlining project workflows, saving me time and effort. Overall, I find mondayto be a valuable tool for managing projects and portfolios, and I highly recommend it to other software engineers and development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be nice to allow to insert code blocks in the descriptions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving several problems for me as a software engineer. Firstly, it provides a flexible and customizable platform for managing project workflows, which allows me to adapt to changing project requirements quickly. The platform's automation features have also helped me save time and reduce errors by streamlining repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found the filter feature the most helpful in Monday, I always use it to check what are the current tasks that I am working on/ assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I struggle with Monday is that I can't attach videos with different formats than .mp4 and If I did upload a .mkv for example it only shows as a downloadable link, also the video buffering algorithm in videos is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our bugs and planning new features, and to have a historical data to learn from.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a super tool
100% recommended, in our company we save a lot process time.
Easy to set up, we build all the boards using a video tutorials.
We also connect with another services.
We track all our operations thru the boards
The most amazing think for us, the forms. This provide us a flow process from our customer direct. Avoid a double process inside our office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thin we recommend is to have a outside acces for file, directly to Monday. And do not have to load the link from another cloud company.
Form other side, the tools is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow tracking
All team is working in the same.
We track with files, pictures, comments, emails, all in the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the platform, and the UI. It's a fantastic, easy way to get started with workflow management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets expensive when you start increasing the number of employees and especially when some people just "view". It would make sense to change this to allowing people to view for free and people who need to Edit will pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to track progress in various areas of the business such operations, technology and customer service / billing

What do you like best about the product?
I like managing tickets on the sheet and the availability to change the order and highlighting tickets. I like how easily I can modify the form of the sheet according to my requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's the best task manager I ever saw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the same as Trello, Asana, or Confluence but a bit more user-friendly and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using it for about 4 years and I couldn't be more happier. I organize all my projects via Monday and schedule follow ups with clients on time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the jump to a business plan was cheaper.

Delivering projects on time, reaching out to clients on time, managing project files and scope of work.

What do you like best about the product?
It easy to use and simple for others to look at. Your board keeps it easy to understand, and the color coding options help keep the boards clean and easy to teach others how to understand the inner workings of each department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it loads slowly or does not remove items after you "resolve" them. The site is great, it just has loading problems here and there. Also, it would help to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of payments for the business, like declined payments or bank wires. Easy to document damaged products, find the cost for each, and see how much money we are losing. Makes sure all departments are departments are able to work together even if someone is off. Looking at the monday boards ensures even if someone is off, everyone else can pick up where that person left off and finish the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me with all the financial structure of the company, and also all the projects. Because you have the flexibility to build your work platform it makes your structural program easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that I don't like this program, just when it updates, it makes you dedicate some of your time to restructuring your tool. But in general, I don't have any points that could interfere with my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped solve my problem with tracking billings and with visibility of future projects and how much the company would be profiting during the year and the points we should seek from customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's straightforward so easy to teach new team members to use it, and it's easy to see the status of projects at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have many different boards, projects, and subitems, so sometimes it's hard to manage and takes additional personal organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Monday.com is solving is keeping us on track for deadlines and helping us project manage multiple ongoing projects at once, as well as prioritizing.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create different types of boards and views to streamline processes, registrations and projects. the different tools and templates provide enough flexibility to fit every type of process or registration in without creating chaos. Once you are used to the general principles of how the system works, its realy feels natural and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning the moethod of creating, and working with, the different boards sems counter-intuitive, especialy when you are used to the more old fashoind platforms and for example Excel. For myself this only lasted for about a month and once i was trough this it really was much better,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have one tool in wich we can manage the customer journey as well as the product lifecycle. From registration of customers, the onbaording and there operational demand to product developmenet and development management, we can keep the importand overviews in one tool.
