What do you like best about the product?
Almost covers all the feature needed for product/project management. From task creation to completion and provides better reports and graphical representation for the same.

This product is compete just need to provide more focus while configuring new project

What do you like best about the product?
I love a solid process and like to be creative - Monday.com brings those worlds together by enhancing what we do through clean integrations and automation while creating compelling visualizations. We can focus on the work in JIRA while using Monday.com to move the needle forward in sharing our progress with stakeholders.

Additionally, I have watched Monday.com evolve over the years, having considered it as a project management tool when it first launched as primarily a task management tool. In just a few short years, it has advanced to be a competitor with project management tools in the market. It's not perfect, but given the investment Monday.com puts into its users defining the path forward, I believe it's worth evolving alongside it. An affordable tool that works with me to build my dream tool - sign me up!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's constantly growing, but it's not there yet. I love that Monday.com doesn't want to overengineer so users can build their path forward. It would be nice if projects could carry layered details and reflect healthy risk assessment charts, so larger workstreams or roadmaps could be built dynamically in one board vs. multiple boards working together to create one picture. The fact that each group has to have the same columns and we can only go one layer deep in details can feel limiting the more complicated the project or program is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves our lack of solid visualizations and dashboards through thoughtful widgets that enhance the data across our portfolio in one dashboard view. In addition, bringing our tools together through their integrations and automation helps us focus on the work, not layers of reporting detail. Our dashboards are in sync with the work in the background, giving us time to focus on new initiatives and innovation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many options I have to organize data, automate movement, and even integrate other apps for enhanced organization and optimization. Recently, templates have helped us save time and forms have helped us gather accurate data quickly. I love how easy it is to extract and upload information and view data in different ways. Finally, the Customer Support team is TOP TIER! They always get back to us in a reasonable time manner, they often share a solution, or if needed a workaround, and I love when they add a video for clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Monday.com, the only thing to keep in mind is the amount of time needed to learn how to use the tool best. In our organization, I am the "Monday Expert" and spend a few hours a week training team members on how to use the tools, helping get dashboards, automation, and integrations in place, and most recently, setting up forms. This is a VERY powerful tool, as long as you have the time to learn how to properly use each element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly, Monday.com is an organizational tool for us. We use it as a CRM, HRIS, Kanban, etc. Personally, we were having problems deciphering handwriting on a form. We recently digitized the form on Monday, and this has not only eliminated typos and mistakes we encountered after manually inputting data, it completely removed the need to input data at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great, it allows me to quickly and easily organise my large workload. I like that it can be customised to suit my needs with its automation and views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation were a bit more intelligent and I could do more complex actions with them. Sometimes my default view will not save which is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all of us to connect as a business and collaborate on tasks. It easily lets each employee keep track of the progress of all current projects and products.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface is very human-friendly, it works similarly to excel so it is easy to master once you know excel, and has many nice add-ons, especially for internal communications
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that for personal task management, I find it a little clumsy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to keep track of bugs, how long it takes to solve them, and keep adding information to them as well as communicating on what needs to be done next so this is great for it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create new projects and forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, it would be better if the per user cost was lower. I would also like the ability to add free users so my customers can view the boards. Sometime the customers are only temp users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside of monday.com is that its very convenient to have distinct groups and boards. Also the integration with slack is very convenient which helps to be notified at a timely manner.
Feels like a central one stop place for all kind of day-to-day scheduling and tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that it's not really well integrated with platforms like bitbucket which makes it hard to be a single place to assign cards and tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping out the most in Kanban Project management as a central place for tracking and updates.
The integration with a communication platform like slack is the most beneficial as it reduces friction in checking for updates from the times.

24 7 internal and customer communication

What do you like best about the product?
We don't use all of the bells and whistles. Instead we use it to log internal and external support concerns. We find it to be very reliable, easy for customers to use and especially useful for West Coast customers communicating with Europe.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried some of the additional functionality to construct a mini CRM. We found this to be too complicated. I would say the same about the extra layers of complexity around the project management aspects of the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out of hours customer support. Critical for large complex projects with multiple moving parts. Provides high level of customer support with very little additional overhead.
