Monday.com is the tool I was waiting for
What do you like best about the product?
Its automations, that make life easier..
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all columns can be migrated to board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday dev is providing frequent updates that bring more and easier ways to use the platform in my daily work. Everytime I get an email notifying about these updates, I get excited and want to know about the news.

Monday.com helps getting things done for real
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use, setup, configure and obviously, the API endpoiint is really straightforward once you get used to the requirements to make it work with 3rd-party systems. It has several important features like: dashboard, triggers, integration with all the environments. Also, we use the software frequently since we have all the production team involved using Monday for daily operations. Finally, we do also love the tech support when we get any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some issues that needs to be scalated thru customer support and that takes a few hours until we get them solved but service is really good and helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to track our daily operations there by integrating it with our own CRM so we can easily follow-up on each order by the constant deals that come into the pipeline. That helps us a lot to keep control of every account that we need to work on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com and I tell people about it all the time! As a marketer for a multi-location brewery, I use it all day, every day for a variety of projects from event submissions to managing our various social media schedules to keeping track of my personal to-do list. It's so easy to use, and I love the automations that most other task managers lack. I can't imagine not using it at every job I have going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit glitchy on occasion, and the mobile app doesn't work exactly the same as the Mac desktop app. For more complicated processes like taking event submissions and copying them to multiple boards, it can take some creativity to build a system of automations and buttons to get them to all the right spots, and when I asked for customer support to clean up what I'd built, they basically said, "yeah, this works" without offering any guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all of our projects and to-do lists in Monday.com including event submissions, social media schedules, merchandise planning and tracking, sales calendars, etc. It keeps all of our projects in one place and offers tons of automations that speed up and streamline our workflow.
Use it for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday for projects, task list or anything I want to get out of my head and take action on. It has been a great tool for me in running several businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calculated formulas were a bit more like Excel type formulas. That would make it much easier to add those fields.

It keeps everyone on the same page allowing us to see projects visually, customize as needed and take action .

The smooth learning curve for new users.

The daily summary notifications. They can be irksome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly triage and prioritize work items as well as facilitating smooth communication between the dev and QA teams.

I wish there was a way to easily export deadlines to outlook.

Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to be able to assign tasks, as well as contributors and subscribers. I like that you can add versions of files and comment on them. Also, customizing the status labels is a very useful option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has some glitches that do not allow me to see what status the tasks are in. It happened to me twice that the "My work" section does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Departmental and interdepartmental projects, with this tool you can work productively.
Great for the team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for planning/organising work and notifying colleagues when work is completed or for leaving messages regarding a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to leave replies to individual list items within a message.

Monday is very user friendly. We have integrated it with Salesforce and now give great visability to our clients.

Not a lot. Very functional. Very easy to use.
