Monday.com is the bomb.com
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to completely customize Monday boards so I can manage information the way I need to manage it. It's easy to use right out of the box with little to no training.
Monday.com support is one of the best, if not the best support I have every utilized. The response time back when we first started using it was less than ten minutes and I usually received a short video clip for a suggested solution. Fantastic Job Support!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see easy-to-use templates for managing software development projects from real-life project management/development teams. The templates that come with Monday.com are nice but not really practical.
Perhaps Monday can poll some Power Users and review their project management implementations.

It is a versatile platform that offers a user-friendly interface, allowing for efficient project management and collaboration. Its customizable features, intuitive design, and adaptability to various workflows make it a compelling tool for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ability to customize boards and workflows is a strength, it can also be seen as a downside if you require extensive customizations, as it may become complex and time-consuming.Also it doesnt connect with all the tools a business uses.

User friendly technology for project management and portfolio management practitioners
What do you like best about the product?
User freindly intuitive interfaces, ease of use, fast and easy for every day tasks as well as recurring executive reporting. Easy to add new users, easy to traing (again - very intuitive), very flexible - you pretty much build what you need, tons of very usefull templates, visually appealing - makes coloer coding pleasant. Multiple opetions to represent information.
Monday.com is our primary PMS, we use it every single day and our sucess relies heavily on Monday.com (project management artifacts, project information retention, sharing with project team, executive reporting, etc.).
It's super easy to onboard new users, so I would call out the ease of implementation. Integrations with other applications - MS Teams, Outlook - is pretty straigntforward. Customer Support is availiable - we reached out to them a couple of times with qustions around functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
Change management - changes/updates come on a continuouse basis (which is great), but sometimes the fundtionality that you are used to (button located in a certain spot or certain design of the visual) is updated, moved or replaced and if you have been using it regulaly, the change transition can be noticable. Also, there is no "Undo" button, which makes it tricky to roll back any changes to the dashboards/items in the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a Project Management Office - we do net new implementations as well as process improvment initiatives, new products and services also go through out pipeline. We leverage Monday.com for overall portfolio managements (all organizational initiatives, projects, new products, process improvment initiatives) as well as managing individual projects and implementations. As a leaders, I use Monday.com extensicely for executive reporting, roadmaps, and just staying on track with all my tasks as a leader (budgeting, professional development, talent strategy, etc.)
I would like to learn how to leverage Monday.com finctionality to track/manage resources (labor hours): planned labor hours, actuals, labor hours availibale accorss organizatio to allocate to projects, hours planned vs hours allocated per month, quoter, year, etc.

This is a very good portal to complete tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is the tasks can be assigned and completyed quick. We can create boards for different set of tasks and it looks neat and easy for task reports and tasks completion status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes real time notifications is a challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily tasks, QAs, NPLs, Jira tasks and much more. It beenfits us with so much ease of updating tasks real time and the board members can also see our tasks completed. Its easier as we dont have to maintain an excel to record our tasks. We can also generate reports of the tasks completed for performace.
